FAQs About Gibson’s Inn of Annapolis

1What is the cancellation policy?
Guests have up until 7 days before their check-in date to cancel a reservation. On the 6th day, unless cancelled before, full payment for the room(s) will be charged to the credit card on file. If a reservation is made during a special event, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2What if I have to cancel a reservation within the 7 days?
As our policy states, failure to notify us of a cancellation before 7 days until check-in will result in a non-refundable charge of the full amount according to the guest's reservation. For an administrative fee of $100, we will gladly turn the reservation balance into a credit to be used for a future stay. We need 48 hours prior notice when rescheduling and the credit must be used within the same calendar year.
3What is the policy for booking during special events?

If a reservation is made during a special event (see dates below) the reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Depending on the special event, there may be a two- or three-night minimum to book during that time.

4What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for credit/debit card purchases. We also accept cash or cashier's checks during our office hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks at this time.
5Do you offer parking?
Yes. Parking is free for direct bookings. We have just enough space for one vehicle per guest room. Due to limited parking, guests who need to bring more than one vehicle will be charged $30 per day per vehicle. Guest with reservations made via a third-party are charged $50 per day. Payment can be arranged beforehand or settled after the guest's stay.
6Do you allow pets?
Yes, we have three pet-friendly rooms located on the ground floor of our Berman House. Please contact our Guest Relations staff at 410-268-5555 prior to booking to review our Pet Policy and get approval for a reservation to be made. We reserve the right to charge up to $500 for any damages caused by a guest's pet.
7What amenities are included with my room?
Our guests rooms all have a different style and decor. Every room has air-conditioning & heat, YouTube TV, a hair dryer, bamboo sheets, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soaps & body wash. Please inquire at the Main Office to for use.
8Is it possible to book a whole House or the entire Inn?
Absolutely, we love hosting groups and even offer discount rates for group bookings. Gibson’s Inn is perfect for family reunions, weddings, conferences, conventions, retreats, bridal/baby showers, and more. Additionally, our Lauer House Common Area can be rented for $500 per four hours available to guests and non-guests.
