Fabulous weekend destination for a couple that loves harbors, history, restaurants and each other! Location fabulous, never moved the car once parked. Walk to all Would return there in a heartbeat. Friendly, clean, nice food and amenities, central spot! Very pleasant staff members. Super continental breakfast. Great coffee! Lots of snacks, drinks and coffee available to guest during the stay.

Perfect lodging Excellent friendly staff. Breakfast was best I’ve had (and I travel a lot). Snacks, water available anytime. The place is great! ~ Anne Amazing Annapolis Treasure! The location is perfect. Very close to the historic Annapolis area, but back just one street so it's quiet.

Great stay. Perfect getaway! Simple: you cannot beat the location, price, hospitality, parking, and breakfast available at Gibson’s Inn! You are literally next door to the Naval Academy, one block from the pier which is enough to ensure a peaceful stay. Security good. Reception very helpful & cheerful. Would stay again, hands down!

Gibson’s Inn is a must when visiting Annapolis. The staff was very accommodating. She let us leave our car parked in the lot after checkout, as we had a court hearing which extended slightly beyond checkout time. My granddaughter and I are returning in late August, and Jo already showed us another room in the adjacent building, which we have booked. The location is very convenient to court, the waterfront, and shops.

Great area — very close to all nearby attractions. Room was clean — the biggest and fluffiest towels. Breakfast real nice and constantly atteended to. Thanks!

The staff are fantastic and can not do enough to accommodate your needs and everyone went the extra. The location is fantastic. Loved being able to walk all over Annapolis. The rooms are beautiful.

Cozy and Convenient! I live about 30 min. away and stayed here recently on a weeknight for a "staycation." Absolutely loved it and will return again! Gibson's Inn is conveniently located right next to the Naval Academy, a few blocks from City Dock and several historic homes. There are 3 buildings around a courtyard with plantings, seating, and a gravel parking area. Our building had a porch with rocking chairs out on the street. Our room was on ground level and had its own little patio and courtyard access. The room was well appointed, with its own bathroom and even a white noise machine. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was varied and ample and served in bright, airy rooms in the oldest of the houses. We appreciated the staff allowing us to remain parked even after checkout so that we could tour Annapolis longer. We had a wonderful time vacationing in our own area and getting to see Annapolis by sunset and sunrise.

Center Attraction Located right next to the pedestrian gate to the US Naval Academy and a very short block less than 200 feet to the waterfront district this is the place to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and come with a wonderful modified breakfast. All rooms are air conditioned, a must during the warmer months and the customer service is top shelf. You will not be disappointed.

Extraordinary Experience! My recent stay at Gibson's Inn was truly an extraordinary experience! In this absolutely charming and historic inn, with its unique and lovely setting, I was able to completely relax and allow the "cares of the world" to melt away. It is a perfect blend of colonial and modern America with all of the amenities necessary and more for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. The entire staff was so helpful and kind I instantly felt a part of the "Gibson family." Experiencing every aspect of the Patterson House in which I was a guest was such a treat! In every way my room was "just right" and very clean. I slept so soundly due to the quiet atmosphere and extremely comfortable bed. Whether I was relaxing in the parlor room, playing the piano in the conference room or no matter where I ventured, I savored the ambiance. What a delight it was to visit with the other guests at the dining room table for breakfast and choose from an array of delicious baked goods to go with my morning coffee. Within the heart of the inn is a beautiful and serene courtyard. A hidden treasure and oasis right in the midst of town. Yet within steps I could enter the US Naval Academy, walk along the harbor or stroll through the historic district. It even has its very own private parking area! I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay and without hesitation would recommend Gibson's Inn to anyone who is considering a visit to the remarkable city of Annapolis.

The BEST place to stay when visiting Annapolis! LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We were looking for a place to stay close to USNA and there is literally no place closer. We stayed in the Lauer House and it was perfect for us. Plenty of parking, so close to the harbor and just steps away from the Academy. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were allowed to leave our car in the lot the following morning until after lunch, which allowed us to spend time in the yard and grab lunch before heading home. We will definitely be back! Having a room to stay in so close with parking took all of the stress out of having to travel into Annapolis. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful property right next to the Naval Academy and steps from downtown Annapolis. Could not be a more perfect location. The inn is very well kept and updated. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms all updated. Parking on site is a nice bonus and breakfast is just lovely. This historic inn is a “don’t miss” on your Annapolis visit. Highly recommend and I am very picky! The managers on site are also very sweet and helpful. Variety of room sizes will also fit your needs. We will definitely be coming back.

What a unique and fabulous place to stay. We were visiting the Naval Academy and Gibson’s is practically on gate 1 doors steps! Rooms were very comfortable with old time charm. Continental breakfast was well stocked. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gibson’s is central to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend them!
