Built in 1880, this property has served as a longstanding piece of history on Prince George Street. In
1906 it was sold for only 4,500 dollars. In the following decade, it was sold for 10,000. As the years
went by, the property changed hands many times but always maintained its unique style. However, in
recent years, its interior was neglected and damaged. We purchased it in July 2022 and after extensive
repairs and renovations, this property now serves as modern home with new appliances and amenities
in both units.
