This room on the second floor of Patterson House features a king bed with our signature mattress and has incredible views of the entrance to the Naval Academy all the way down the street to Spa Creek. Also included is the sitting area that looks over our beautiful, tree-filled courtyard.

Our Mural Suite is a two-room suite on the second floor of our Patterson house. This suite features a king bed with our signature mattress and a sleep sofa, microwave, and refrigerator in the living area. The incredible view of The Waterman Mural in this room is simply stunning and truly one of a kind.

This suite features two incredibly versatile rooms on the third floor of our Patterson House. One with a queen bed and one with a daybed that can be two twins or a king. The second room can also be kept as a sitting area if preferred. The rooms have a fully stocked fridge and microwave and both have remarkable views of Annapolis from one side and the Naval Academy from the other side.

The Rose room is the only room in the house with a jacuzzi tub. This glamorous room on the second floor of Patterson House, features a king bed with our signature mattress and a sitting area with a beautiful vintage armoire. Decorated in rose pink tones the room is classically beautiful, mixing vintage and modern. A perfect room to pamper yourself.
